Coord3 is currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to strengthen its sales team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in the supply of coordinate measuring machines, with over 40 years of experience and over 5000 units successfully installed around the world.

The ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Management / Commercial Director, will be responsible for the following activities:

• Develop and increase sales profits through new customers and consolidate and consolidate the customer portfolio;
• Propose, plan and promote sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory;
• Regularly visit customers for accurate advice on the most suitable product and its application;
• Ensure customer satisfaction through periodic contacts or following up on requests and quotes;
• Formulate accurate and timely reports regarding activities, problems and forecasts;
• Follow the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing the contract;
• Manage and update the budget.

1. 1. Service Engineer – Central Italy Area (Romagna, Marche, Umbria)
2. 2. Service Engineer – Southern Italy area

The candidate will be included in the Service team that interfaces with customers in the after-sales service to provide the necessary assistance and will respond to the Service Manager.

It will deal in particular with:

• Management and interface with customers in the post-sales phases;
• Installation and production start-up of CMMs at customers;
• Intervention to support the maintenance of the installed CMMs;
• Problem analysis;
• Technical support to the customer;
• Proactive solutions for process and product improvement.

Requirements required:

• Electronic / mechanical expert diploma;
• Minimum 3 years experience in the role;
• Ability to manage orders and work organization;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems;
• Essential knowledge of English, written and oral;
• Willingness to travel to Italy and abroad: Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamworking;
• Problem solving skills, strong motivation, goal orientation.
